Services

Dupree’s Trees provides professional tree services, including trimming, pruning, removal, and stump grinding. We strive to provide reliable and high-quality services to our customers.

Payment and Fees

Payment for Dupree’s Trees services is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount owed.

Liability

Dupree’s Trees takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our employees and customers. However, we assume no liability for any damages or injuries that may occur during the course of our services.

Warranty

Dupree’s Trees guarantees the quality of our workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the completion of the work. If any issues arise within this timeframe, we will make the necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purposes of providing our services to you. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Modifications

Dupree’s Trees reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications indicates your agreement to the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Mexico. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be brought in the courts located in the state of New Mexico.
